Walter Arthur Wolshlager

Walter Arthur Wolshlager, 74, of Stevensville passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Hanson Hospice Center.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Berrien County Baptist Church, 5940 St Joseph Ave, Stevensville, MI 49127, with Reverend Whitman officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 5-7 PM on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, MI 49106. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Walter was born February 19, 1949 in St. Joseph, the son of the late Albert and Clara (Stewart) Wolshlager. On December 7, 1968, he married M. Diane Carrington and they shared 54 years together. Wally owned and operated 5 Star Heating and Cooling. He also worked for City Plumbing and Whirlpool Corporation. Wally enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and spending winters in Florida.

Survivors include his wife: Diane; children: Terri Hernandez, Doug Wolshlager, and Brian Wolshlager; grandchildren: Madison, Quinton, Santana, Payton; and eight great grandchildren.

Walter was also preceded in death by three brothers: Robert, Larry, and Ronnie Wolshlager.
