Shawn Tellez

Shawn Michael Tellez  44, of  Bridgman passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 Church Street, Bridgman with Reverend Jesse W. Bolinder, officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday from 10-11 AM at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Shawn was born Sunday, April 11, 1976 in Holland, Michigan the son of Joseph Jake Tellez and Donna May (Hiatt) Tellez. On August 14, 1999, he married Jessica Joann Ferrara.  Shawn was employed with Lewis Brothers Bakery the past five years and for UPS for 20 years. Shawn loved boating and spending time with his kids.

Survivors include his wife Jessica; sons: Andrew Tellez, Alex Tellez, Aiden Tellez, Asher Tellez and Evan Moyer; his mother: Donna Tellez; sister: Kimberly (Michael) Shelton; Jessica’s parents: David and Dorothy Ferrara; sisters-in-law: Regan (Jason) Cote, Lesley (Bill) Miller and Rachel (Jared Mason) Ferrara; brother-in-law: Salvadore (Heidi) Ferrara; many nieces and nephews.

Shawn was preceded in death by his father Joseph Jake Tellez.
