Ramona Tollas

Ramona Eunice Tollas, 83 of Baroda passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Royalton Manor, St. Joseph

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 17, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman with Reverend Jon Bendewald officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 PM Friday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life - Dani Dancers.

Ramona was born September 22 ,1928 in Bridgman the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Hodul) Kading. On May 14, 1949 she married Alfred H. Tollas and he preceded her in death in October 15, 1992. Ramona was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman and was the office manager at the telephone company in Bridgman for over 33 years.

Survivors include her daughter - Betsie (Michael) Brisban of Baroda; two grandchildren - Gaston (Melanie) Leoni of Sodus and Toni (Michael) Etten of Cottage Grove, Minnesota; six grandchildren - Jordan, Aaron and Sarah Leoni and Steven, Becky and Matthew Etten.

In addition to her husband, Alfred, Ramona was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Richard and Henry Kading.
