Nancy Nelson

Nancy Lee Nelson, 64, of New Troy passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her daughter at her side.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman with Reverend Christopher Peddie officiating. Burial will be in New Troy Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family from 10 - 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.

Nancy was born May 19, 1946 in Baroda, the daughter of George Dinges, Sr. and the late Mary Lee (Schmaltz) Dinges.

Survivors include her father - George Dinges, Sr. of Three Oaks; a daughter - Jennifer (Darek) Goch of Stevensville; brother - Bill (Donna) Dinges, Jr. of New Troy; sister - Marcia (Ron Roeder) Dinges of Sawyer; and one grandchild - Danica Goch; and her feline friends - Sox and Maggie.

Nancy was also preceded in death by her mother Mary Lee Dinges in 2007.
