Marjorie Lorine Ehlert

Marjorie Lorine Ehlert, 96, of Stevensville, formerly of Buchanan, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Crown Point Assisted Living.

Marjorie was born on May 19, 1928 in Buchanan the daughter of the late Loens and Rose (Ott) Strauss. On December 25, 1947 she married Norman Lee Ehlert and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2019. She was a former teacher’s aide at New Troy Elementary School. Marjorie was a member at Trinity Lutheran Church, Glendora. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and crafts.

Survivors include two sons: Gary (Judy) Ehlert and Randy (Pam) Ehlert; daughter-in-law, Joan Ehlert; 19 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

Marjorie was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Ehlert; brother, Harold Strauss; and sisters: Mildred Vinke and Marian Pilulic.
