Marie Alcala

Lizzy Marie Alcala, 74, of St. Joseph passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Thursday, May 6 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to the service.

Marie was born May 18, 1935 in Wolf Bayou, Arkansas the daughter of the late Marvin and Beulah (Robbins) Tatum. She loved to fish, cook, and was an Elvis Presley fan. Lizzy was fun to be with and always was concerned about others.

Survivors include three children- John Alcala, Sheila (Greg) McCoy, and Tony (Lauren) Alcala, all of Stevensville; four Grandchildren - Kassie, Jennifer, Joshua, and Samantha; and four Great Grandchildren - Caleb, Ethan, Chloe, and Trinity.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman.
