Margaret Julia Kell, 99 of Bridgman passed away on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010 at Woodland Terrace, Bridgman.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family on Friday from 10-11 am prior to the service. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman.
Mrs. Kell was born August 13, 1911 in Merrill, Wisconsin the daughter of the late William and Theresa (VanDarem) Wery. On Oct. 4, 1928 she married Leslie Kell and he preceded her in death on Oct. 27, 1984.
Survivors include her daughter Phyllis Gerdes of Bridgman; three grandchildren – Thomas L. Gerdes of Watervliet, Linda (Richard) Kasal of Manteno, Illinois, and Lori Gerdes of Stevensville; four great grandchildren – Heather Chiarello, Brandon Chiarello, Pamela (Scott) Robbins, and Gregory Kasal; and two great great granddaughters, Riley Kasal and Gracelynn Robbins.
Margaret was also preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers.
