Linda Strefling

Linda was born August 7, 1942 in Benton Harbor the daughter of the late Jack and Elnora (Young) Chaddock. She graduated from Lakeshore High School. She had a lifelong passion for caring for animals and worked for Dr. Anne Cepela at Freeway Veterinary Clinic for 15 years. Linda loved gardening, cooking, fishing, and being outdoors. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends, and enjoyed the fun side of life.

Survived By her four children – Jane Anstey of Buchanan, David Anstey of Stevensville, Suzanne (David) Steele of Baroda, and Angela Strefling of Buchanan; two grandchildren – Jack Steele and Sierra Anstey; a brother, Michael Chaddock of Washington, DC; former husband, Ronald Strefling of Baroda; her faithful and beloved dog, Maggie, and all her rescued kitties. Preceded in Death By her first husband, David Anstey, in 1968.
