Linda Companion

Linda was born April 8, 1916 in Wilburton, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret (Burglo) Companion. She retired from Whirlpool Corporation, St. Joseph Division after 33 years of service.

Linda spent the majority of her life in Bridgman, Michigan. She had an excellent work ethic, and after finishing her shift at Whirlpool, she would return home to work on the family farm. After her retirement, she devoted herself to caring for her mother. Linda enjoyed the winters spent in Florida with her brother and sister-in-law. She loved spending time with her family and loved her great and great-great nieces and nephews. She especially enjoyed the last year of her life with the new friendships made with the staff and residents of Woodland Terrace in Bridgman.
