KellyJo Sheldon

KellyJo Sheldon, 47, of New Troy passed away on Monday, November 30, 2009 at her home.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman with Rev. Dan T. Abrahamson, Sr. officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 10 AM until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to the family.

Kelly (Wolford) Sheldon was born August 8, 1962 in Michigan City, Indiana the daughter of Dennis (Stella) Wolford and the late Dorothy (Hartsburg) Lotter. She graduated from River Valley High School and October 4, 1980 she married Charles Sheldon.

During their 29 years of marriage they had two daughters – Bridgette Sheldon and Stephanie (Jake) Sheldon both of New Troy. She is also survived by her grandson, Aiden Lee Sheldon; two sisters – Kimberly (Alfred) Kahn of LaPorte, Indiana and Korrie Meeks of Michigan City, Indiana; two brothers – Kevin (Juli) Wolford and Dennis (Jennifer) Webb all of Michigan City, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.

Kelly was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.
