June Wickham

June Wickham, 83, of Stevensville passed away on Thursday May 16, 2013 at her home.

June was born June 1, 1929 in Ypsilanti, Michigan the daughter of the late Milton Charles and Grace (Hardman) Reed. June married Donald Wesley Wickham on July 1, 1949. June was first and foremost a wife and mom. While working as a linotype operator for the Ypsilanti Daily Press she met Don and together they shared 63 years. She also was a clerk at Goldblatt’s Department Store.

Survivors include her husband Donald; children - Charles Waverly of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Christine Weidler of Stevensville, Cathleen Anstey of New York, David Wickham of Stevensville, Brian Wickham of Sturgis; grandchildren - Emma C. Wickham, Mathew C. Weidler, Erin C. Palecek, Holly A. Weidler, Joseph S. Anstey, Valerie C. Anstey, Daniel H. Anstey, Amy Wickham, Susan Wickham; great grandchildren - Hannah E. Anstey, Daniel H. Anstey, Thomas J. Anstey, Ayden M. Burke, Isabella C. Burke, Daniel Bennet, Shane J. Anstey, Zoe Wickham, Alexandra Wickham, and Angela Wickham; sister - Catherine L. Reed of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
