Julianne Marie Elias, 56, of Stevensville, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015 at her home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 am Thursday, December 31 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 3903 Lake Street, Bridgman, with Fr. Arthur Howard as Celebrant. Friends may meet with the family from 5 - 8 PM Wednesday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Burial will be in Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Lincoln Township. Memorial contributions may be given to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church or the Berrien County Cancer Service, 7301 Red Arrow Hwy, Stevensville, MI 49127.

Julianne was born July 30, 1959 in Muskegon the daughter of the late Joseph and Juliette (LeRoux) Chadwick. She was a graduate of Muskegon Catholic Central High School, Aquinas College and Michigan State University. Julianne was a math and Science Education Consultant for Berrien County ISD and taught for 12 years at Coloma Community Schools. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church and taught CCD for 10 years. She enjoyed playing the piano and taught piano for many years.

On August 29, 1992 she married Ronald Elias and he survives along with a son, Aaron Elias and a daughter, Emily Elias. Survivors also include a sister Laurentia (Gerrit) Laseur of Lansing and a brother-in-law - Brian (Sylvia) Elias.
