Joyce Ott

Joyce Eleanor Ott, 69, of Bridgman passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 11, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 N. Church Street, Bridgman with Reverend Jon Bendewald officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday from 6-8 PM at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Box 26, Bridgman, MI 49106 or Hospice at Home, 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085..

Joyce was born April 21, 1946 in St. Joseph, the daughter of the late Arthur and Elenora (Krieger) Vigansky. She was a 1964 graduate of Bridgman High School. Joyce was a bookkeeper and worked for Carol Rideout for 15 years. She had also been a bookkeeper for Barbara Herrmann. Joyce was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman. On May 9, 1970 she married Rick K. Ott and he preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 2001.

Survivors include her son, Michael (Tonya) Ott of Baroda; a grandson - Zachary Ott; two brothers - Duane Vigansky of Bridgman and Gerald (Sandy) Vigansky of St. Joseph; a nephew - Gerald (Trish) Vigansky; two nieces - Beth (Al) Ciuzio and Ruth (Paul) Cornwell.
