John Davis

John E. Davis, Sr., 88, of Bridgman passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.

John was born October 4, 1919 in Aurora, Nebraska the son of the late David and Ruth (Price) Davis. He married the former P. Adelle Wright and she preceded him in death on July 20, 2004. John owned and operated Citizens Telephone Company from 1950-1968. He was a US Army veteran of WWII where he obtained the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was a member of the Bridgman American Legion Post 331 and was also a member of the Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons, St. Joseph Lodge 437.
