Jerry Styburski

Jerry Lee Styburski, 60, of New Troy passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2011 at Watervliet Community Hospital.

A Funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Pike Funeral Home, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman, MI with Reverend Christopher Noffke officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Jerry was born February 26, 1950 in Benton Harbor, MI, the son of the late Stanley and Vera (Ritchie) Styburski. On December 1, 1990, he married Diana Blazek. Jerry was a service technician at Art’s Appliance & TV in Bridgman. He loved bowling and enjoyed cookouts with family and friends playing horse shoes and darts.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Diana; a daughter - Sherry (John Kusturin) Styburski of LaPorte; two sons - Nick (Tia) Blazek of Fort Mill, SC and Curtis Blazek of Augusta, Georgia; a granddaughter - Brooke Prast; two brothers - Alan (Barbara) Styburski of Sawyer and Steven (Sandy) Styburski of Mobile, Alabama; three nieces and a nephew.
