Jeffrey Demko

Jeffrey Evan Demko, 18, of Three Oaks passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, January 9 at Lake Michigan Christian Center, Bridgman with Rev. Christopher Noffke officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 5-8 PM Friday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to Bridgman Athletic Boosters.

Jeffrey Evan was born November 26, 1991 in Crown Point, Indiana. He played football at Bridgman High School and was named Most Valuable Player 2009. He was also a member of the Varsity Swim Team and Varsity Track Team.

Survivors include his parents – Dr. Jeffrey Demko and Margaret Mills of Three Oaks and Donna Demko of Valparaiso, Indiana; brothers and sisters – Adrian of New York City, Alek of Rochester, New York, Marisa of Valparaiso, Indiana, and Christian of Forest Grove, Oregon; and three aunts – Daria McDaniel, Vera Miller, and Christine Matijkiw.

Jeffrey Evan was preceded in death by his grandparents – Steve and Olivia Demko and Bohdan and Stefania Mak.
