Jeanette Reitz

Jeanette Helen Reitz, 82, of Baroda passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at her home in the care of her family.

Jan  was born May 23, 1938  in New Troy, the daughter of the late Moses   and Hilda  (Hauch) McNees. She married Eldon Albert Reitz on May 3, 1958.  Jan and Eldon loved to travel. They vacationed in 49 of the 50 states, visiting all of the National Parks.  She enjoyed quilting, gardening and reading. Jan and Eldon  attended Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman.

Survivors include her husband Eldon; children: Cheryl Schoenback, Michele (Rick) MacPherson and Denise (Scott) VanSchaardenburg; seven grandchildren: Maureen (Brad) Pliley, Kristin and Allison Schoenback, Alexa and Anika VanSchaardenburg, Ian MacPherson and Ardee Faultersack; great grandaughter Aubree; siblings: Jack (Diane) McNees, Carol (Dave) Lowe, Dale (Pat) Strefling and Ann Wiley.

Jan was preceded by her son Steven Reitz June of 2019.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremations Service, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman.
