Jean Livengood

Jean Marie Livengood, 57, of Sawyer, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 at Hanson Hospice Center in Lincoln Twp.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 3903 Lake St. Bridgman, with Rev. Father Arthur Howard, Celebrant. Friends may meet with the family 5-7 PM Monday, October 9, at The Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Three Oaks.

Jeannie was born April 14, 1960 in St. Joseph, the daughter of Dr. Joseph and Evelyn (Pentavalle) Rambo. On April 2, 1993 she married Steven Walter Livengood. Jeannie enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking, baking and being a grandma. She was the office manager for her father, Dr. Joseph J. Rambo in Bridgman for 32 years.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Steven; a daughter, Sarah (Robert) Ruff; granddaughter, Everly Ruff and another grand baby on the way; her parents, Dr. Joseph and Evelyn Rambo; mother-in-law, Lorraine Livengood; brothers, Joseph (Sue Ellen) Rambo, Peter Rambo and Stephen (Eugene) Rambo; a sister, Michelle (James) Solgat and their daughter Rachel.

Jeannie was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Walter Livengood.
