Janice Pastryk

Janice Shirley Pastryk, 67, of New Troy passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at her home.

An Open House celebrating Janice’s life will be held 1-4 PM Saturday, February 13 at New Troy Community Center. In lieu of memorial contributions, the family requests that you spend time with those you love in honor of Janice and her life.

Janice was born November 13, 1942 in Benton Harbor the daughter of the late Alonzo and Vera (Penland) Prosser. On September 27, 1963 she married Jim Pastryk. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, and enjoyed being a part of their lives.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Jim; two sons – Bret A. Pastryk of Imlay City, Michigan and Glen D. (Lori) Pastryk of Buchanan; three grandchildren – Brian Pastryk, Stephanie Pastryk, and Nathan Pastryk; one brother, Donald (Loretta) Prosser of Battle Creek; and two sisters – Lynda (Larry) Dehring of Baroda and Norleen LeClear of Benton Harbor.
