Janice Matthias

Janice Carole Matthias, 86 of Bridgman passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Janice was born June 11, 1934 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Charles and Hazel (Cordes) Hamilton. In 1952 she married her high school sweetheart, Lewis “Lew” Matthias. Janice was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Her favorite past times were spoiling her grandchildren and playing cards with the girls.

Survivors include daughter: Kim Brandonisio, son: John (Penny) Matthias, grandchildren: Michael (Sarah) Brandonisio, Elizabeth (Brett) Corbit, Lewis (Emily) Matthias, a brother: Donald (Dorothy) Hamilton, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Lewis Matthias, and son Matthew Matthias.
