Jananne Price

Jananne “Jane” Sivill Price, age 84, of Harbert, MI, passed away June 15, 2011 following a brief illness at her home.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Church of the Mediator, 14280 Red Arrow Hwy., Harbert, MI on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with lunch immediately following. Jananne was born in Watseka, IL on November 15, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Helen Alphosine (Dobson) and Raymond Sivill of Milford, IL and sister of the late Richard Sivill and sister-in-law Patsy Wright Sivill of Macomb, IL. She attended Northwestern University and was a member of Kappa Delta sorority.

On September 12, 1947 she married her devoted late husband, Robert A. Price. Jananne lived in Harbert for the past 51 years and was a founding member of the Church of the Mediator at Harbert, MI where she served faithfully on the Altar Guild for 40 years. Jananne is survived by her three children, Denise Price of Plano, TX, Todd (Julie) Price of Lake Elsinore, CA and Alan (Sandy) Price of Sawyer, MI., five grandchildren, Meredith (Patrick) O’Connor of Orlando, FL, Andrew Payne of Plano, TX, Robert Price of San Clemente, CA, Gillian (Drew) Trembly of Lincoln, NE and Matthew Price of Lake Elsinore, CA and her aunt, Betty St.Clair of Laramie, WY.
