Jack Scupham, 52, of Bridgman passed away on Friday, January 1, 2010 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.
A memorial service will be held 11 AM Monday, January 4 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman with Pastor Jon Bendewald officiating. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Day Care.
Jack was born November 9, 1957 in Chicago the son of Robert and Patricia (Richards) Scupham. On December 26, 1981 he married the former Gigi Nielsen. Jack was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bridgman and for many years owned and operated Jack’s Appliance Store in downtown Bridgman.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Gigi; their daughter, Laura Scupham of Bridgman; his parents – Robert and Patricia Scupham of Bridgman; two brothers – Charles (Connie) Scupham of Chicago and George (Carole) Scupham of Bettendorf, Iowa; his mother-in-law, Betty Nielsen of Niles; sisters-in-law – Nancy (Carl) Szajkovics and Mimi (Brian) Chemasko; brother-in-law, Carl (Joanne) Nielsen; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman.
