Geraldine "Geri" Elaine Klug

Geraldine “Geri” Elaine Klug, 81, of Buchanan, formerly of Baroda, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, with Pastor Kenneth Babcock, officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 5 -7 PM on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery, Baroda. Geri was born March 5, 1942 in St. Joseph, the daughter of the late Arthur and Rose (Obendorfe) Siewert. On October 13, 1961 she married Edward Klug and they shared 61 years together. Geri was the co-owner of Klug’s Blueberry Farm. She was also a member at the Buchanan Garden Club and the Baroda American Legion Auxiliary. Geri enjoyed crafting and art.

Survivors include her husband: Edward; children: Jayne (Shawn) Bannan, Joanne (Keith) Sweet, Joseph (Jeni) Klug; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a brother: Dale (Carol) Siewert.
