Florence Hildebrandt

Florence Marie Hildebrandt, 91 of Bridgman passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019.
at her home in the care of her family.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, January 28, 2019  at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, the Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman, with Reverend Randy D. Lett officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 10 - 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Florence was born September 13, 1927, in St. Joseph,  the daughter of the late Nello  and Ida (Baletto) Maffei. On February 15, 1958 she married the late Carl Alvin Hildebrandt and he preceded her in death on April  14, 2016. Florence enjoyed family and her grandkids were her life.  She had a love for flowers.  Florence had a caring and giving heart for those who she could help. She expressed her love with a loaf of lemon bread, a cake, a note of encouragement or a simple card. She was a faithful member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sawyer.

Florence is survived her children: Carolyn (Neil) Hays, Carl Hildebrandt and Carter Hildebrandt; grandchildren: Zach, Matt, and Josh Hays.

Florence was preceeded in death by a sister:  Rose Elsasser;  brothers: Lonnie and James Maffei.
