Eugene Milliken, 59, of Stevensville, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Tuesday, July 20 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery, Baroda. Friends may meet with the family on Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Eugene was born March 10, 1951 in Benton Harbor to Melvin and Mary Asylee (Kiser) Milliken. He graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1968. On January 2, 1971 he married the former JoAnn Iwan. Eugene was employed by Hoffmann Die Cast in St. Joseph. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening, and spending time with the grandkids.

Eugene is survived by his wife of 39 years, JoAnn; four children – Eugene (Julie) Milliken of Baroda, Lelia (Brian Jorgensen) Milliken of Niles, Mandy (Bob) Milliken Craft of Baroda, and Nathan (Lisa Hosford) Milliken of Sevensville; five grandchildren – Justin Milliken, Alyssa Milliken, Brandon Milliken, Raymond Pace, and a granddaughter on the way; his father, Melvin Milliken; five brothers – Melvin “Junior”, Billy, Marvin, Jimmy, and Tony; and four sisters – Brenda, Imogene, Patricia, and Lisa.

Eugene was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Asylee Milliken
