Ervin Dean Larson

Ervin Dean Larson, 82 of Buchanan passed away on Sunday, June16, 2024 at his home. 

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church - Glendora, 1733 West Glendora Road, Buchanan, with Reverend Jonathan Liebich, officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 10-11 prior to the service at church. Memorial contributions may be made to the local American Red Cross, 2614 W. John Beers Road, Stevensville MI 49127. Ervin was born May 22, 1942 in LaPorte the son of the late Orlie and Minnie (Wonderjim) Larson. On October 17, 1981 he married Karen Feldten and she preceded him in death on February 5, 2022. Ervin was a faithful member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Glendora. Ervin retired from Clark Equipment in 1996. Following his retirement, he worked for five years at Bosch Packaging in Bridgman. Ervin enjoyed working in his garden, tending his strawberry stand, making wine and mowing his lawn.

Survivors include children: Andy (Jeanne Hearn) Larson and Nick Larson; Cindy (Kenneth) Fetke, Lori (Mark) Ellis, Mark Feldten, Michael (Mischele) Feldten, Kristina Garrett, 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. 

Ervin was preceded in death by a sister: Jean Skinner and his brothers, Joseph Larson and David Larson.
