Ernest William Hidy, 89, of Bridgman went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Country Manor Care Center, Bridgman.
Mr. Hidy was born November 28, 1918 in Attica, Indiana the son of the late Mason and Myrtle (Swank) Hidy. On June 17, 1950 he married Dorcas L. Hendrix and she preceded him in death on June 25, 2007. He was retired from Paramont Die Cast in Stevensville. He loved being with family and reading. He enjoyed spending time outside in his vegetable and flower gardens and fishing. He was a US Army veteran of WWII and served in the European Theater.
