Erdmann Linke

Erdmann Linke, 88, of Bridgman passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 N. Church Street, Bridgman, with Pastor Jon Bendewald officiating. Friends may meet with the family at the church on Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of the service. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church, PO Box 26, Bridgman, MI 49106 or Hospice at Home, 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085.

Erdmann was born October 16, 1925 in Poland the son of the late August and Augusta (Nickel) Linke. On November 22, 1958 he married the former Olga Guse. Erdmann was a residential builder for most of his life and had also worked at Wollin Products in Stevensville. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bridgman.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Olga; and two sons – Walter Linke of Bridgman and Hubert Linke of Lakewood, Colorado.

Erdmann was also preceded in death by three brothers – Paul, Ervin, and Bruno Linke.
