Dolores M. Rudlaff, 87 of Baroda passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 at her home in the care of her family.
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5791 Sawyer Rd., Sawyer with the Reverend Randy Lett officiating. Friends may meet with the family 5-7 PM on Tuesday at The Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Burial will be in Weesaw Township Cemetery, Buchanan. Memorial contributions can be given to Trinity Lutheran Church.
Dolores was born October 21, 1930 in St. Joseph the daughter of the late Adolph and Olga (Totzke) Krieger. On July 3, 1948 she married the love of her life, Elmer A. Rudlaff, and set a good example for the family. Together they owned and operated Baroda City Mill from 1968-1995. Elmer preceded her in death on September 2, 1997. Dolores enjoyed quilting and making lap quilts. She was known for sending cards and notes of encouragement. She loved a good game of cards and board games.
Survivors include her children: Cynthia (Jerry) Phillippi, Peggy Nicholson, Elmer (Joy) Rudlaff, Colleen Olson, Jane (Randy) Bongiorno and Beth (Don) Davis; 19 grandchildren – Scott, Michelle, Laura, Nick, David, Heather, Allison, Jody, Elmer, Josie, Daren, Ian, Jessica, Jenny, Jake, Jesse, Julie, Joe, and Jackie; 42 great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; and two sisters – Mabel Pintcke and Velma (George) Mahler.
Dolores was also preceded in death by her infant son, Mark; and son-in-luv, Nick Nicholson.
