Dennis Wohler

Dennis “Denny” Paul Wohler, 54, of New Troy passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018.

Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Friday, March 23, 2018 at The Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday from 6 - 8 PM at funeral home. Burial will be in New Troy Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given towards the needs of the family.

Denny was born November 20, 1963 in St. Joseph the son of the late Paul and Gertrude (Johnson) Wohler. On July 19, 2002 he married the former Hanette “Netty” White. Denny was employed at Tyler Automotive in Niles for 17 years. He also worked part-time for Rick Herman at US 31/33 Auto Sales in Niles. Denny was dedicated to his children. He was a longtime Three Oaks Baseball Little League coach and for seven years spent every Friday night in the fall at Bridgman football games, rarely missing any sporting events his kids participated in. He was an avid golfer and played whenever he could with his best friend, Bill.

Survivors include his wife, Netty; four children – Joseph Wohler, John Wohler, Emily Wohler, and Paul Wohler; three sisters – Carolyn (Tom) Anderson, Barbara (John) Cheevers, and Bette (Rick) Dirksen; and a beloved niece, Tami Wingate.
