David Lyn Mabry

David Lyn Mabry, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 12, 2024 with his puppy dogs by his side.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at the Baroda American Legion Post 345, 9214 1st St., Baroda, MI 49101 from 3-7 PM. We welcome you with open arms and would love to share memories together and have a drink on his behalf. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.

David was born on May 13, 1945 in St. Joseph, the son of the late Leslie and Wilma (Payne) Mabry. David was very social, and out and about in the community. He was a proud member of the Baroda American Legion Post 345 where he would frequently visit with his late wife, Mary Mabry. He loved being outside and in the nice hot sun, whether he was out fishing in his boat, hiking for mushrooms, or hunting for deer. He enjoyed his Sunday morning cruises and family cook outs.

Survivors include his son, Robin Mabry; stepchildren: Anita McKenzie, Natasha (Nathan) Smith, and Alexander McKenzie; ten grandchildren: Kailan Mabry, Sarah (Vincent) Foster, Dana (Jack) Hill, Alexis Bailie, Madalyn Weich, Melanie Weich, Harvey Weich, Miranda Weich, Tristian Smith and Mia Smith; one sister, Patsy Nemitz; and one brother, Roland Mabry.

David is now reunited with his late wife, Mary (Vern) Mabry. He is preceded in death by his son David Mabry and the mother of his sons, Linda Barker. Also passed before him were a brother, Myron Mabry and his parents.

Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman.
