Darwin James Eisenhart

Darwin James Eisenhart, 64 of Sawyer passed away peacefully at his home, early Monday morning, on December 23, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.

 Darwin was born on January 30, 1960 in St. Joseph, Michigan the son of the Late Louis and Gladys (Roe) Eisenhart. Beloved husband of LuAnn (nee Hildebrandt). Loving father of Jared, Justin and Joshua. Dear brother of Dennis Eisenhart, Darcy (Daniel) Stuck, Darrell (Tammie) Eisenhart and Larry (Amy) Eisenhart with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Darwin was an 8th degree Black Belt and owner of Blue Knight Taekwondo in Bridgman since 2011 and other schools for the past 48 years. He started his involvement in Taekwondo at the age of 17 in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Through the years his love and dedication continue to grow in which he applied his skills in various jobs of security and executive protection. Those who have met and trained with him pickup on the enthusiasm he has for teaching and the pure enjoyment it gave him to help anyone who was interested in the martial art. He loved spending time with his sons and his Taekwondo family. You will be forever in our hearts, Rest in peace Darwin and we will all see each other again!
