Darren Nichols

Darren Kelsie Nichols, 59, of Sawyer passed away on August 19, 2021 at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2 – 6 PM at the Bridgman American Legion, Post 331, 4241 Legion St. Bridgman. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com

Darren was born September 17, 1961 in Garden City, MI the son of the late Mary “Sue” (Edward) Sutherland. On August 29, 1997 he married Gina DeMorrow and they shared 23 years together. Darren loved to work with his hands. He enjoyed canning, gardening, traveling, camping, late night drives. Sunrises and sunsets but most of all he loved connecting with family and friends.

Darren is survived by his wife: Gina; children: Alicia (Kevin) Miller, Dustin (Ashley) Falzone, David (Megan) DeKoster, and Tesia Kline; nine grandchildren; siblings: LeAnn (Floyd) Reid, Rebecca (Ric) Hoffman, and James (Lorretta) Nichols; and many nieces and nephews.

Darren is also preceded in death by his brother: Ronald Nichols.
