Dana Gast

Dana William Gast, 54 of Bridgman passed away at his home on Friday, July 27, 2012.

Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman with Reverend Christopher Noffke officiating . Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery in Baroda. Friends may meet with the family from 5-7 PM Monday, July 30 at the funeral home.

Dana was born October 15, 1957 in St. Joseph, Michigan the son of the late Henry F. and Bernice Betty (Dehring) Gast. He had a passion for drag racing and loved to race cars.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica (Matthew) Cross of Elkhart, one granddaughter, Avery Cross and his favorite “Grand Dog” Bentley. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald.
