Clifford Holt, Sr

Clifford Ray Holt, Sr. 72 of Bridgman passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family.

A graveside service and burial will be held 11 AM Tuesday, October 5 at New Troy Cemetery, New Troy. Friends may meet with the family from 5-8 PM Monday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Clifford “Ray” was born November 27, 1937 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas the son of the late Merritt and Maudie (Evett) Holt. Ray was self employed in the building trades. On October 28, 1955 he married the Carrie M. Kemp and she survives along with five children: Judy (Stan Niedbala) Snapp and Ricky (Laurie) Holt both of Bridgman, Clifford (Lucy) Holt Jr. and Michael (Cherri’ Lawson) Holt both of New Troy, and Terry Holt of Three Oaks; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Ray was also preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
