Brenda Mathieu

Brenda Kaye Mathieu, 55 of Niles passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM Friday, May 25, 2018 at Lakeside Family Church, 6999 Red Arrow Hwy, Stevensville. Friends may meet with the family at the church from 1 PM Friday until the time of the service.

Brenda was born November 7, 1962 in Benton Harbor the daughter of the late Gwyndle and Judith (Dahms) Lawson. On February 13, 1996 she married Mark D. Mathieu and he preceded her in death on September 29, 2011.

Survivors include a daughter, Nicole Peddie; four grandsons: Bradlee, Weslee and Zaden Price and Joseph Feingold; her lifelong best friend Ronda Rose; two sisters: Angela Wigent and April Lochner and two brothers: Jeffery and Michael Lawson. She is also survived by her step father Ron Schultz

In addition to her parents and husband, Brenda was also preceded by a sister, Heather Schultz and her grandparents, Vola and Demetrius Lawson and John and Kathryn Dahms.
