Betty Albrecht

Betty Albrecht, 91, of Stevensville, was called to her eternal home on January 13, 2022 at Woodland Terrace of Bridgman.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, with Reverend Dave Londot, officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 10-11 AM on Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Baroda Bible Church, P.O. Box 205 Baroda MI 49101. Betty was born on November 14, 1930 in Benton Harbor, the daughter of the late Clarence and Tillie (Lond) Peterson. On October 4, 1952 she married Fred Albrecht Jr. and he preceded her in death in 2007. Along with family, Betty’s faith in her Savior was the focus of her life. She was very active in every church she was involved in. She said that through the detailed study of God’s Word she was forever changed. Betty loved reading, spending time with her family and attending their many performances. She also loved traveling with her family and going out to eat with her friends and really missed those activities in recent years as her health declined. She will be sorely missed by us all as we await our heavenly reunion.

Survivors include her children: Cindy (Phil) Huff and Carole (Ted) Conrad; grandchildren: Nathan Huff, Kristen (Joe) Rowell, Andy (Kara) Conrad, Sara (Samuel) Alkmin; great grandchildren: Adelynn Huff, Parker Huff, Beckham Rowell, and Lincoln Rowell, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty is also preceded in death by her son: David Albrecht; siblings: Shirley Clowers and Norman Peterson.
