Bette Jean Fuller, 90, of Bridgman passed away on Wednesday, December 22 at Country Manor Care Center, Bridgman.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, December 27, 2010 at Harbert Community Church, 6444 Harbert Road, Harbert, MI., with Pastor Kyle J.A. Small officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday from 2-4 PM at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, LaPorte County, IN. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice at Home or Harbert Community Church.
Bette was born January 8, 1920 in Cabery, Illinois, the daughter of the late Carl and Ada (Cook) Watson. She and her husband, Jack, married for over 68 years, owned and operated a Ben Franklin Store in Rolling Prairie, IN. and Bridgman, MI. for 28 years.
Survivors include her husband Jack; a sister-in-law - Beryl Fuller of WI; son Rick (Anna Kozak) Fuller of Bridgman; six grandchildren - Doug Anderson, Kevin (Lori) Anderson, Teresa (Gary) Castagna, Ross (Betsy) Gilmore, Heather Gilmore, Calli (Antonio) Fuller-Chagoury; and twelve great grandchildren.
Bette was preceded in death by a daughter - Betty Gilmore; and her two sisters - Marcella and Jayne.
