Anne Wucki

Anne Elizabeth Wucki, 96, of Lakeside, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM EST Saturday, February 9, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 5760 Sawyer Road, Sawyer with Father Don Suberlak, C.R. as Celebrant. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois with Father Thomas Tivy on Monday, February 11 at 11 AM CST. Friends may meet with the family from 5 - 8 PM EST Friday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, where a prayer service will be held at 7 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Agnes Catholic Church or Harbor Country Food Pantry, 6 South Elm Street, Three Oaks, Michigan 49128.

Anne was born January 24, 1917 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late David and Grace (Sharp) Livingston. Anne worked as secretary at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Chicago for 17 years. She was a volunteer for a number of organizations including the Harbor Country Food Pantry.

Survivors include her husband Frank; children - Kathryn Higgin Kleppe of California, Herb G. (Gina) Higgin, Jr. of Bridgman, Lou (Betsy) Scott of Rockford, Illinois, Cathy (Wayne) Zade of Fulton, Missouri, Marge Wucki of Morton Grove, Illinois; grandchildren - , Joeanne Higgin, Todd (Maribel) Higgin, Gary Higgin, Emmett Higgin, Michael Higgin, Melissa (Matt) Modica, Katie Higgin, Sam Higgin, Karen (John) Jackson, Kevin Kleppe, Carolyn (Keith) DuShane, Stephen (Janina) Kleppe, Krista (Bob) Dustin, Sara (Bob) Pollard, Josh (Allison) Zade, Monica Green, Jason Scott; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; sister - Edna Pozdol of Aurora, Illinois; sister-in-laws - Dorothy Higgin and Mary Livingston; many nieces and nephews.

Anne was also preceded in death by her first husband Herbert G. Higgin in 1961; son - Michael Louis; and brothers - William, David, Loren, and Michael Livingston.
