Andrew Arnold Ott, 80, of Bridgman, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at Jordan's Nursing Home, Bridgman after a long affliction with Parkinson's Disease.

Andy was born November 16, 1927 in Bridgman the son of the late Andrew and Rose (Mashke) Ott. On June 17, 1950 he married the former Dorothy L. Meyer. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bridgman where he served on the Building Committee, Board of Elders, and Board of Trustees. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator and worked for Fred M. Ott Excavating for 30 years.

Survived By his wife of 57 years, Dorothy; three children – Doran (Michael) Skibbe of Granger, Indiana, Ellen (Walter) Yeske of Sawyer, and Phillip Ott of Gilbert, Arizona; 11 grandchildren – Christopher Skibbe, Matthew Skibbe, Timothy Skibbe, Thomas Skibbe, Amanda Yeske, Steven Yeske, Joseph Ott, Rachel Ott, Andrew J. Ott, Gabrielle Ott and Jordyn Ott; and one sister, Lucille Ott of Bridgman. Preceded in Death By six brothers – Fred R. Ott, Arthur Ott, Paul Ott, Ernest Ott, Richard Ott, and Lawrence Ott; and three sisters – Alma Swedenberg, Ann Swedenberg, and Mildred Barfelz.
