Tyler Allen Harding, 31 of Baroda passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020
Friends may meet the family from 10 am - 12noon on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. A private family service will follow with Reverend Christopher Peddie officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given at any United Federal Credit Union branch through account "Wesley Harding ending in 2574". Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com
Tyler was born June 8, 1989 in St. Joseph, the son of Jane (Mike) McDowell and J. Allen Harding. He was a 2008 graduate of St. Joseph High School and worked as a security officer for the past 9 years at the DC Cook Nuclear Power Plant. Alexis Marie Zelmer was the love of his life and they were married on August 29, 2020. Tyler loved riding his Harley Davidson Street Glide “Dahlia”, hunting and attending music concerts with Lexi and friends.
Survivors include his beloved wife: Lexi; his son Wesley to arrive in May 2021; his K9 and feline companions, Chevy, Benson and Karma; mother: Jane (Mike) McDowell; father: Allen Harding; sister: Mariko (Matt) Moersch and their son, Milo; half brother: Chase Galvan; grandparents: Joseph and Patricia Harding and Bruce Needham; Alexis’ mother: Cindy Clayton; her father: John Zelmer; her sister, Kerri Zelmer, and Tyler’s work family at the DC Cook plant. He was a faithful friend and a hard worker, and will be missed but not forgotten by those that knew and loved him.
Tyler was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Midori Needham and Kathryn Lucker Holaday and his brother-in-law: Joshua Martin .
